Brittany & Jake are a fantastic couple that I met through their wedding planner Casie at SC Eventhouse, & they are ENGAGED! We had a wonderful (albeit chilly) photo shoot yesterday. They were spot on for everything I asked them to do, even the things they weren't so sure about, like acting like a creepy guy in the field (photos on that later). I've chosen some photos from our 1st location at Hyde Brothers, who were so kind to let us do the shoot in their store (it's a wonderful bookstore...the type where a cat meanders through the aisles & sliding ladders lean against the shelves). Enjoy!

anks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
