It's been so beautiful out and all of the grandkids on Aaron's side were in town, so we seized the opportunity to snap a few photos. It's a pretty darn good lookin' bunch of kids, don't you think? I'm very lucky to have such a great family to marry into! We're missing one on the individual photos because he ran off as fast as he could once the family photos were over...I seem to have that effect on kids. :-)

Well, you've certainly seen these adorable little mugs on the blog before. This is the last batch of photos, & that makes me a bit sad because they were so much fun to work on! These boys have the most amazing eyes....I believe their mom would say they were like "little pools", isn't it, JLo? That's what always draws me to a photo. If the eyes look incredible, I'm going to salvage that photo any way possible even if it wasn't the best picture to start with. Scroll down. You'll see what I mean. *Click on the image to see it in the original size. Don't they look like the most dastardly little pirates you ever saw? :) Ornery, ornery, ornery....I think they're saying "What can we get into next?" Which probably isn't true after all because they're the sweetest little boys I've ever met.
There are many things I love about photography sessions, but there are a couple that make me super excited to head out the door with the camera gear to take some photos: photographing friends' families and repeat clients. The "A" Family is one of the first mutual couples that my husband and I ever had, and they've been such a blessing in our lives. They just had their 3rd beautiful baby, and it's been such a joy to watch their family grow. *Click on the images to see in their original sizes. I ♥ the first two pictures because the kids are having such a great time and acting silly, & the 3rd of course is the real deal.
